IMPORTANT ALERT NOTICE:
Online purchase of a Platoon Membership does not automatically activate your membership. Your membership code will be generated and your proshop discount will be activated by our staff at which time your membership becomes fully active for use. This allows us the opportunity to verify your purchase with you and maintain activation of an existing code if desired.
Your reservation calendar code is provided within your membership box along with instructions on utilizing your discounts. This membership box also contains your loyalty cup and vouchers.
If you need access to your code to book reservations in advance of collecting this box, please reach out via email to orders@vipairsoft.net with your order number, the full legal name of the player you are registering as the platoon members and the request for your code. All requests are handled Monday-Friday 11am-5pm. We cannot guarantee responses outside of those hours although we will try to accommodate your request as timely as we can.
