Returns Requests

Online Returns

All sales are considered final due to the nature of airsoft products. All products are new from manufacturer and are not tested by VIPAirsoft staff prior to sale. All products are sold as-is. We may offer some return exceptions on a case by case basis but generally, all sales are final. Exceptions may be made for products received deemed to have a manufacturer defect.

Any returns accepted will be via store credit minus any shipping fees.


In-store Returns

All guns over $100 carry a 30 day repair warranty unless otherwise specified. All products are sold as-is. This warranty covers repair of manufacturer defects only. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for guns within this first 30 day period without our technicians first attempting to repair the issue first.

Due to shipping fees, we encourage online customers to ship directly to the manufacturer for warranty needs.

Any returns accepted will be provided via store credit only.


Sales Final Products

Sales are final without exception for the following product types: parts, batteries, chargers, electrical components including MOSFETS and trigger boards, bbs, gas and other consumables and face protection. All clearance and sale items are also sold as-is sales final purchases.

Arena gift cards, arena punch cards, gift certificates, prepaid rental packages, platoon memberships and loyalty products including but not limited to: VIPAirsoft T-Shirts, VIPAirsoft Loyalty Cups and VIPAirsoft Loyalty Patches are nonrefundable, sales final and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

Failure to cancel session reservations, overnight lockin registrations and/or party packages within the designated timeframes as outlined in your confirmation information will result in forfeiture of payment funds. Any store credit offered is at the sole discretion of VIPAirsoft.



Exchanges on some products may be allowed within 7 days of purchase (in-store) or delivery date (online) but only for manufacturer defects at our sole discretion. After 7 days, the warranty is always through the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for shipping expenses to us or transportation of all exchanges and defects. We may issue a return label at our own discretion.

If a defect is identified, we will offer to repair the product, offer to exchange the product for the same item, or issue store credit only.

Clothing items like plate carriers and t-shirts may be accepted for exchange of a different size only, so long as all original tags have not been removed and the item cannot have been used or washed prior to exchange.



Guns are warrantied through the manufacturer. Umarex, G&G, Valken, ASG and others all have extended warranties depending on the item. Please check with the manufacturer on the warranty for defects.

Additional Information:

Airsoft products are fragile, non-toy products. If you purchase an airsoft product for a child and they destroy it from improper use, that is not our responsibility. Misuse, user damage and/or user modification voids all exchanges and return requests.

Compatibility, size, fit and upgrade parts are the sole responsibility of the customer at time of purchase. VIPAirsoft Armory is not held liable for compatibility issues on parts, magazines, batteries and other merchandise.

Guns that do not perform to your level of expectation are not considered defect and will not be accepted back via RMA, warranty repair nor return.

Purchases made by one parent, guardian or spouse that was not approved by another parent, guardian or spouse is not our responsibility and does not fall within an approved reason for return or exchange. Please be sure to check with all parties involved before making a purchase.

Incorrect installation and/or upgrade of any part or product that causes damage to the product is not the responsibility of VIPAirsoft Armory.

All RMA requests are contingent upon inspection of the item(s) once we receive it. We have the right to refuse warranty work, exchange and/or refund at our discretion.


RMA Item Requirements:

  • Does not show any sign of wear, user modification or user damage in any way. No scratches, paint marks, repairs. This includes the original packaging and all items that were provided.
  • No customer damaged parts, guns, improperly installed, or used items.
  • Original orange tip must not be altered, scratched, painted or removed. No exceptions.
  • Must be in and include all original packaging, undamaged, with all manuals, tools and accessories included in new or like-new condition.
  • May not include batteries, bbs, parts, upgrade parts, grenades, face protection, electronics (MOSFETS/Trigger Boards) or other consumable items.
  • All clearance or sale products are sold as-is final sale.
